During this conversation, we will arrange a visit to your home to discuss what’s involved in the transfer process. We’ll work with you, your existing agency and the local authority to ensure that the process is seamless, and that any children or young people placed in your care are supported every step of the way.
The transfer procedure begins with you giving your intention to resign to your existing fostering agency or local authority in writing.
