We have 600 carers across the UK and 10 years of experience, so we can assist you with our expertise and experience in providing care to children and young people in care. We provide a safe, supportive network for foster carers across the nation, so we know how best to look after you.

Carers are accurately assessed, whether you’re a first time carer or an experienced carer looking to transfer fostering agencies. We use our vast experience to strategically place children in foster placements with the right carer, assessing each of our carer’s abilities, skillsets, location, preferences and experience to expertly delegate placements to the most appropriate foster family. We create a solid relationship between carers and staff – so that you’ll have an experienced professional on hand to help 24 hours a day.

3. Our support

We pay attention to our foster carers, and continually reinforce our commitment to our core values. That’s why the strength of our service is of such a high level. As a new foster carer, we provide you with detailed fostering training, which will equip you with the knowledge to be able to take care of a young person or child in care. Fostering training is also offered every year on several topics in order to help you become a better carer and improve your skillset.

We pride ourselves on having more than 100 members of staff across the UK. This means that no carer is left waiting for an answer to a request for additional support, financial or otherwise – there is an experienced professional at your service 24 hours a day.

We’ve been rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.

Capstone serve the North, Midlands, South West and South East of England. Each of our regions are regularly inspected by Ofsted – who have approved us as an ‘Outstanding’ & ‘Good’ independent fostering agency.

We recently accomplished a prestigious achievement in being awarded ‘Outstanding’ in the North by Ofsted. This rating was given due to the incredible work our team in the North have achieved, providing care to children and young people, as well as an excellent service to foster carers.
