As restrictions get tighter and another potential lockdown looming, it can be a daunting and an uneasy time for a lot of people. The uncertainty of the current situation can make a lot of us feel nervous, so one of our young people in the South East has written a poem to try and help uplift those who may be feeling anxious or lost during these trying times.
The sky's the limit so don't let anyone bring you down.
Keep your eyes on the stars but your feet on the ground.
It maybe hard but here's a start, make peace with lockdown and have a laugh.
Just because we're staying in doesn't mean you have to treat yourself like a bin.
We can create and improve and do the best we can, all without breaking the lockdown ban.
We hope this poem has been of some comfort to you, if you would like to share your thoughts or your own poem with us, please contact the team at: communication@capstonefostercare.co.uk.
